Located in a building from the 1990s, this functional apartment with low ceilings lacked light and personality. The entrance was opened up so that the rooms on either side—the kitchen, dining room, and living room—could communicate openly. The double exposure thus created increased the brightness tenfold. The addition of noble materials, oak parquet flooring, a green marble kitchen, and custom-made fittings, including a bookcase, bench, and headboards, lend it a discreet and warm luxury.
